Recently, members have been receiving automated phone calls and text messages asking “federal credit union” members to call a 1-866 number. You are asked to submit personal information (account number, pin number and password) for verification purposes due to unusual activity on your account.
DO NOT REPLY OR GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION!
Credit unions never send members messages by phone, e-mails or by texting your cellular phones. Delete all suspicious e-mail and text messages!
